This is a residential property and not to be used to run a business.

Absolutely no events, no parties, no after-parties, and no large gatherings allowed.

No persons beyond the exact number of guests listed in the initial booking allowed.

No excessive noise, no loud music, and no loudness at all. However, yes, we want our guests to enjoy themselves without disturbing other guests.

General calm expected after 9:00pm

No smoking in the apartment. Smoking is allowed in the garden.

Shoes to not be worn inside the apartment.

This clean and fresh new apartment is located in a secure boutique, small and beautiful complex which has high walls, burglar bars, and restricted secure access. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, with great driving access to shops, malls, hospitals, and entertainment centers. Uber taxis usually arrive within 6 minutes of you calling them in the Uber App.

The property is very close to the main OR Tambo Int'l Airport which is a 12 minute drive away.
